These terms govern your use of the What's In My Fridge app, operated by Wellington Web Co. By using the app you agree to them. Questions: finlay@wellingtonwebco.com.

What the app does

The app helps you track food, reduce waste and get AI-generated recipe ideas from the ingredients you have. Recipes, expiry estimates and nutrition figures are generated automatically and are provided for general guidance only.

Food safety & allergies. AI-generated content can be wrong. Always check ingredients, use-by dates and packaging yourself, and do not rely on the app for allergy, medical or dietary decisions. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, verify every ingredient independently before eating.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity on your account. Don't misuse the app, attempt to break its limits, or use it unlawfully.

Subscriptions

Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription with a 3-day free trial, billed through your Apple App Store account.
Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellington Web Co is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated content.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
